Asheville man charged with felony larceny
ASHEVILLE — An Asheville man was charged with felony larceny, possession of stolen property and possession of burglary tools.
Kenneth Edward Stuart, 47, of Benson Road, stole copper wire, a transfer case, a torch hose, metal and miscellaneous car parts belonging to another man on Dec. 29, according to arrest warrants.
Authorities also say Stuart was unlawfully in possession of a pry bar, hammer, hatchet, wire cutter, hack saw and cordless drill. His bond was set at $1,500 secured.
